To book a class or purchase a membership, you must first create a personal account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
Minors under eighteen (18) years of age must be registered in person by a parent or legal guardian. The minimum age to participate in classes and studio activities is sixteen (16), with a signed parental authorization.
3. Purchases and payments
Classes and memberships can be purchased online or in studio. All packages are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Memberships are non-transferable. Classes purchased using a gift card are subject to the same expiration policies as regular packages.
In the event of a declined payment or returned cheque, a fee of $35 will apply.
To be eligible to book a class, you must first purchase a membership, a single class, or a class series. Once your purchase is complete, you may then book classes online through your client account, subject to these Terms.
The memberships, class packages, and rates available in our studios are detailed on our website. Please note that all packages have an expiration date, which will be provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to consult and respect these deadlines. No extensions will be granted, except under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical leave, extended studio closure).
4. Booking and cancellation policies
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the class. After this deadline:
For credit-based packages (single classes or class bundles): loss of credit
For unlimited memberships: loss of credit
After three (3) unpaid late cancellations or no-shows, your membership may be suspended until outstanding fees are paid.
No-Show policy
In the case of an unreported absence:
The credit is forfeited, and a $15 + tax fee will be charged (for both credit-based and unlimited packages).
5. Waitlists
Online
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist, provided you have an active credit. If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class up to 60 minutes before the start time. The standard cancellation policy applies once you are added.
If no spot becomes available, your credit will be automatically returned to your account.
Walk-in (In Studio)
Between 30 and 5 minutes before class time, any remaining spots will be allocated based on order of arrival at the studio.Requests by phone will not be accepted.
6. Late arrivals & access policy
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before class. A grace period of 5 minutes after the class start time may be granted, provided entry is discreet and does not disrupt the class. Otherwise, access will be denied and the credit forfeited.
However, if spots remain available, the credit may be reused for a same-day rebooking, subject to availability.
7. General studio rules
Grip socks are mandatory for Reformer Pilates classes.
Entering a class after the 5-minute grace period is not permitted, out of respect for other participants.
Memberships are personal. Any fraudulent use will result in penalties (e.g., deduction of three (3) credits).
Studio Bodi reserves the right to modify class schedules or suspend classes (e.g., summer period), with reasonable notice.
